To change the subscription service agreement holder, you will be required to file a request for subscription service agreement transfer at the closest A1 store in the presence of both the current and the new service agreement holder. To make this transfer valid, you will be required to file valid personal identification documents for the both customers. A fee of MKD 199 applies to this transfer service, which is charged in the first bill issued to the new service agreement signatory.
