Jiří Dvorjančanský, Chief Executive Officer

He began his successful career in the telecommunications field in 1999, as Sales Director at T-Mobile in the Czech Republic. He served as Executive Vice President of the Marketing Division from 2002 until 2008. He was promoted to the Management Board of T-Mobile Germany in 2009, where he held the position of Executive Vice President of the Marketing Division until 2009.

Before joining Telefonica in the Czech Republic, he served as Senior Vice President of the International Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Division of Deutsche Telekom. He joined the Vipnet team in August of 2014, as President of the Vipnet Management Board, and a Marketing, Sales and Customer Service Management Board member. Jiří Dvorjančanský was born in 1969 in Karvine, the Czech Republic. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and the Institute of Technology in Grenoble. He completed his EMBA master at the Thunderbird School in Prague.

As of 1 June 2015 he serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of the newly established "Croatia and Macedonia" cluster within Telekom Austria Group.

Mislav Galler, Executive Director

He majored in economics in 2006 from the College of Business Administration "Balthazar Adam Krcelic". He began his lengthy, successful sales career in January of 2003 as Sales Advisor at Auto Zubak DOO for the Audi brand, crossing over to the position of Head of the Commercial Sector with Peugeot Croatia in 2004.

He joined Merkur International DOO in 2006, assuming the position of Wholesales Director. In 2010 he continued his career with the Rewe Group, where he was named CEO at Billa and then member of the Board of Directors of Billa DOO. Mislav joined the Vipnet team in February 2010, holding the position of Head of Business Sales and he was named Business Sales Director at Vipnet in February of 2015. For executive director of that one.Vip was appointed in October 2017.

Johannes Kandera, Senior Financial Director

Johannes Kandera was born in 1970 in Amstetten, Austria. He studied at the University of Economics in Vienna. He joined Mobilkom Austria in 1999 as Area Controller, and became Head of the Marketing and Sales Controlling in 2004.

In 2006, he took on a new position with Vip mobile in Serbia as Head of Controlling, where he was part of the startup team responsible for establishing Vip's controlling department. In 2011 he returned to Vienna as Group Controlling Director, in charge of controlling products and standards within the entire Group.

As of 1 august 2015, he serves as Chief Financial Officer of the "Croatia and Macedonia" cluster.

Ivana Markovic, Senior Residential Sales Director

She graduated from the Economics and Trade Faculty in Italy and started her career in the FMCG industry, and went on to build a successful career in the Telco sector. With her extensive and lengthy experience holding executive managerial positions, she has been in charge of both strategic development and successful management of large commercial teams.

As Residential Sales Officer, she achieved great results in fixed and mobile services sales, managing the retail network as well as door-to-door and telesales.

Tomislav Makar, Senior Technical Director

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University in Zagreb. He was appointed Director of Access and Transport Network Development Director at Vipnet in 2011. He began his career in 2000 as an optimization and quality engineer. From 2008 to 2011, he served as Director for Mobile Access with Vipnet and the entire Telekom Austria Group.

He has won the Telekom Austria Group Innovation Award for best technical innovation in 2009 and 2010, as well as the Vipnet innovation award for best technical innovation in 2005. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Ivan Skender, Senior Business Transformation Director

He has over 15 years of international experience in the telecommunications and information technology in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Vipnet, he held various positions with the Deutsche Telekom Group, the last one of which was Director of Marketing for B2B and the Cloud/ICT segment on the Slovak market.

He managed the development of new products and services in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as the digitalization of the consumer experience and the positioning of the Slovak Telecom as the biggest provider of the cloud service on the Slovak market. He graduated from the University of Zagreb in 2001, majoring in Electrical Engineering in 2001, and he obtained his MBA diploma in 2006 at the IEDC – Management School in Bled and his engineering diploma from the Faculty of electrical engineering and computers in Zagreb.
