Transfer to Vip easily and the transferring costs of 236 MKD (Vat incl.) shall be compensated to you. Vip takes over the entire administrative proceeding, and shall carry out the transfer within three working days after you have filed your request.
All you need to do is follow these 3 steps:
| Visit the nearest Vip point-of-sale and sign a request for a postpaid agreement with number transfer to Vip. Then, Vip will send the request to your current operator, who will make a decision upon your request within 1 work day.* | |
| After the request is granted**, Vip will contact you and invite you to pick up your new and inactivated SIM card. If you are a postpaid user, Vip will invite you to sign the agreement. The transfer to the Vip network will take 2 work days together with the activation of the SIM card in the period of 12:00 - 16:00 h. | |
| Congratulations! You are now a part of the big Vip family and you are already using the advantages and privileges Vip provides for you. Vip will take care of any administration, so that your job will be only to start those long conversations. |
When you transfer to Vip, you will keep the same number you had before! For example if your current number is 070/071/072/075/076 ХХХ ХХХ, then by transferring to Vip you will continue to use the same number and the same prefix!
